Rental Agreement
Bounce Party LLC — Effective April 16, 2026
Warranty
Lessor warrants each inflatable unit is in good working order on the effective date of the Rental Contract. Lessor's obligation is limited to repair or replacement of any unit that does not conform to this warranty. This warranty replaces all other warranties expressed or implied. Lessee waives any claim for consequential damages arising from the use or performance of any inflatable unit.
General Safety Rules
As the lessee, your personal supervision is required at all times while a unit is in use. The safety of every participant is your responsibility.
Only compatible age groups and sizes may play together — see occupancy table below.
All participants must remove shoes, glasses, belts, jewelry, and sharp objects before use.
No somersaults, diving, climbing, wrestling, flips, or rough play.
No smoking or open flames on or around any inflatable unit.
No food, candy, gum, or sticky substances on or around any inflatable.
No pets, toys, or sharp instruments allowed on the unit at any time.
No face paints, party poppers, colored streamers, or silly string.
No one under the influence of alcohol or drugs is allowed on any unit.
Do not operate in rain, lightning, or winds exceeding 25 mph.
Occupancy Guidelines
Maximum number of participants allowed per unit at one time, by age group:

Safe Operation & Damage Fees
Lessee acknowledges receiving instruction on the safe operation of all rented units and agrees to observe all safety precautions. Adult supervision must be provided at all times. The Lessee agrees to store all equipment in a secure location to prevent unauthorized access overnight and while the unit is not in use.

Rental Policy
For weekend rentals, the Lessee may take possession of any inflatable unit on Friday between 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM. All units must be returned the following Monday between 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM.
Cancellation Policy
Lessor is not responsible for inclement weather or conditions which may cause the delay or cancellation of an event.
Title to Inflatable Units
Lessee agrees to keep all inflatable units in their custody and not to sublease, loan, rent, sell, or otherwise transfer any unit. Inflatable units remain the property of Bounce Party LLC and may be removed by Lessor at any time after the termination of this Rental Contract.
Special Instructions — If a Unit Deflates
Have all users exit the unit immediately, then check the following:
Motor has stopped
Check the cord connection at the outlet and verify the power supply and fuse box.
Motor is running
Check the air intake on the blower for blockage. Check the inflatable tube connection for snugness and tighten the strap if needed.
Equipment issue during your rental?
Call Bounce Party LLC at (319) 331-7062. The blower must be removed from the inflatable and stored in a secure location overnight.
Damages
Lessee agrees to pay for loss or damage caused by negligence of lessee, their employees, or persons to whom the equipment is entrusted. Lessee further agrees to pay for loss or damage caused by use of the equipment in violation of any terms of this agreement. If Lessee has insurance covering such loss or damage, Lessee agrees to exercise all available rights under the insurance and assign the claim and proceeds to Lessor.
Maintenance
Each inflatable unit has been received in good condition. Lessee agrees to return each unit in the same condition, ordinary wear and tear excepted. A $50.00 cleaning fee per unit will be automatically imposed if cleaning is required upon return.
Alterations & Attachments
No alteration in or attachments to any inflatable unit may be made without prior written approval of Lessor.
Release & Waiver of Liability
Lessee acknowledges and agrees to full responsibility for the safe use and operation of all rented property during the entire rental period. Lessee warrants that adult supervision will be provided at all times and that Lessee is liable for the full value of rented property in the event it is lost, stolen, or damaged while in Lessee's care.
Lessee understands that play on an amusement device entails both known and unknown risks, including physical injury from falling, slipping, crashing or colliding, emotional injury, paralysis, distress, damage, or death. Lessee agrees to indemnify and hold Bounce Party LLC harmless from any and all claims, actions, costs, expenses, damages, and liabilities arising from injury, damage, or death in connection with the use of leased equipment.
This release, waiver, and indemnity agreement is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by law. If any portion is determined invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remainder continues in full force and effect.
